Adrian Angelico is back on The Norwegian National Opera’s stage after a hailed solo concert at the main stage some time ago. This time as Cherubino, a role that has followed Adrian throughout his career.
In this new production, South African director Matthew Wild places The Marriage of Figaro in a keen and vivid setting, spotlighting generational conflicts. Italian baroque specialist Ottavio Dantone conducts Mozart’s timeless music.
