We are thrilled to welcome the acclaimed Swedish lyric coloratura soprano Ylva Sofia Stenberg to our artist management roster!
With her breathtaking vocal control and compelling stage presence and remarkable versatility, Ylva has firmly established herself as a standout talent on the European opera and concert stages. She has spent the last several seasons as a beloved principal soloist in Weimar, while regularly guesting as the Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute) at major houses like the Royal Swedish Opera, Komische Oper Berlin, and Oper Leipzig. Known for her brilliant high notes and dynamic acting, she is also a passionate concert singer and a former member of Barbara Hannigan’s elite Equilibrium Young Artists program. Ylva is embarking on an exciting new chapter in her international career.
An award-winning artist, Ylva’s accolades include First Prize at the Bundeswettbewerb Gesang Berlin and Third Prize at the prestigious ARD International Music Competition. Alongside her standard operatic repertoire, she is a dedicated interpreter of contemporary music.
